We collect personal information you provide when you sign up, including your name, email, phone, company details, and identity documents such as PAN and Aadhaar. We also collect payroll, salary and compliance data when you use our platform.
We use this data to provide and improve our services, comply with applicable Indian laws (including DPDP Act 2023, Income Tax Act, EPF & MP Act), respond to legal requests, and to communicate with you about your account and product updates.
We never sell your data. We share data only with sub-processors that have signed DPAs with us, when required by law, or when you direct us to (e.g. to file with EPFO, ESIC, TRACES).
